Whenever you open a pdf file, it takes about 10-15 seconds before the adobe reader opens the pdf file. Here’s a trick that’ll make adobe reader as fast as notepad-
1. First close adobe reader if it is open.
2. Now go to the installation folder of adobe reader
(C:\program files\adobe\acrobat\reader\.. )
3. Move all the files and folders from the “plugins” directory to the “Optional” directory. Do not Copy and paste.You need to manually remove all the files from plugins directory.you can however cut and paste.
The only shortfall will be when certain files need to recreat the plugins then it will ring all the files again in the plugin directory.
Alternatively you can just “Cut-Paste” the api files from the plugins directory.
