If you are a blogger and have been earning money online via web affiliate program then you have probably been using paypal for a while now. Amazon , Namedrive , parked , Shaadi and a lot of other websites pay money to their affiliated Via Paypal. Since initially paypal used to send cheques to people in India which took approximately 2-3 weeks to get and anopther 2-3 weeks to clear the process was really slow.
However Paypal has now added the convenience of adding India bank accounts to the web itself so that withdrawl of money to you account is quick and easy and can be completed in 5-6 business days.A lot of Indian banks have been participating in this practice since Paypal added this frature to their interface.
Here is the List of India banks doing it.State Bank of India , Bank of India, Canara Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, ING VYSYA Bank, Axis Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC and Citibank.
Note : In order to make a succesful withdrawl you need to know the 11 digit IFSC code. This can be obtained by visiting the rbi web or by contacting your bank.

Update

A lot of people seem to be having this problem.
I am outlining si mple steps how to go about this problem.
1. Log-in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Profile and select Add Bank Account.
3. It will ask you the IFSC code of your branch (remember this is not the SWIFT code or MICR code). You can get the Code for Banks from this PDF document by RBI (Reserve Bank of India).
Or from Here
Once you follow these steps you can go on to withdraw money on to your bank account.

Hello friends, Recently I have received payment from PayPal to My Bank account(Axis Bank in rural area).
My suggestion is to confirm your bank account with IFSC code, which you can find out on your check book or contact to branch office. PayPal administration checks strickly IFSC code of bank and account holder name and address.
Some basic ideas:
1. You must enter valid IFSC code during adding Bank account on paypal.
2. Your bank account name and PayPal account name MUST be same.
3. Your address must be same on both (PayPal acc. and bank acc.)
4. if you have credit card, verification is required, But not compulsory.(i have not any credit – debit card, still i got money from PayPal)
PayPal and Axis Bank is best pair to transfer money world wide. Its remmonended then other banks in India.

Hi Poonam,
Quick question – did you use an AXIS Bank savings account or a current account for this?
